Job Title : NOC Trainee

Experience : 0 – 1 Years

Education : Diploma – Electronics/Telecomunication

Job Location : Mumbai

Job Description :

1. Network Surviellience & Tier – ½ support to filed Team , Monitoring of alarms and generating tickets within benchmark time and coordination with field personnel to get issues resolved
2. Surveillence on network faults
3. Managing trouble ticket for network faults
4. Level-1/2 fault diagnosis and rectification.
5. Notification and escalation of the Network service outages for resolution of faults.
6. Coordination with field operations and other teams for the resolution of faults
7. Execution and approval of planned event of respective region
8. Maintain the network MTTR
9. Work will be in rotating shift

Desired :

1. Diploma passouts in Electronics & Telecom from  2008 and 2009 batch ,from Govt. recognised colleges need to only apply Candidates with aggregate of 60% and above are only eligible for further process of online test and interview
2. Preference would be given to Mumbai based candidates
