Job Description :
Candidate should do this before coming down for interview to get a feel of the work he’ll have to deliver:

• 1. Cretae a dummy account on Hi5 & add PhotoBuzz application to see the flash buzzes.
• 2. Create a dummy account on MySpace & add Mobsters application to see the User Interface (UI).

Desired :

• Should have done sketching work – specially of US types. Native Indian, Indian Classical or Indian Mythological – in short ‘desi’ stuff will not be considered.
• Should have designed glossy, lustrous, shiny, enticing & glassy stuff.
• Should be able to make a new character by himself instead of decompiling an existing flash file for acquiring the character.
• Character animation by Inbetweening (Tweening) method.
• Should have created User Interface for websites, web_applications having characters in the same.
• Should be Web savvy.
• Should be a 2D artist instead of having a 3D expertise.
• Should have made something that was mass users targeted.
• Should be able to make e-Cards having the characters.
• Should be handy with following tools: Flash professional, Photoshop.
• Should be able to make web layouts.
• Should have made character animation by frame by frame method.
• Should have done A/B testing.
