Job Title  Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales

Experience : 1 – 2 yrs

Job Location : Chennai

Job Description :

1. • To develop new business opportunities for selling Online Property based solutions.
2. • Should be competent to be able to develop and manage relationships with people such as Builders, Promoters, Real Estate Agents, Brokers etc. and also ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
3. • Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
4. • To maximize profitable volume growth, market share and client preference in the assigned market
5. • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.

Desired :

1. Full time PGBDM / MBA (Marketing) from reputed B-School
2. 1-2 years of Experience in Corporate Sales / Business
3. Excellent communication skills, and enterprising
4. Prior experience in Corporate Sales will be an added benefit.
5. Open to traveling within region.
