Designation : Junior Officer – Intl’ Back Office Process

Experience : 0 – 1 Years

Education : B.Com – Commerce

Job Description :1.Process transactions using domain knowledge and expertise
2.Adherence to business processes as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
3.Maintain and update documentation of policies and business processes
4.Resolve client queries
5.Involve in Process Improvements
6.Work on projects as required
7.Act according to the intent of ABN AMRO Business Principles and Corporate Values, key applicable laws, rules and regulations that relate to the line of business or jurisdiction.
8.Meet regulatory and strategic compliance requirements as prescribed from time to time in the Overall Risk Analysis model for enhanced performance, lower overall risks and better management.
9.Attend Classroom & Online training of all Mandatory Compliance modules during the year whenever announced & communicated
