Customer Invoicing / Receipt Processing Executive Vacancies in Accenture Chennai- 9th Dec 2010

Job Position : O2C Customer billing Or invoicing Or receipt processing Or AR

Experience : 1 – 3 Years

Job Location : Chennai

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Primarily responsible for Billing and cancellation of Time & Billing activities.
  2. Ensure that the necessary NCR guidelines are complied with and necessary documents are maintained as applicable for all day-to-day processes.
  3. manual/electronic [EMILI] billing request.
  4. If received manually, capture billing information from manual billing request.
  5. Check for site number and master number in EMILI request and Input billing information.
  6. Review and decide whether billable or not.
  7. If not billable, determine RBS [Regional Billing Specialist] and return billing request.
  8. Complete quality assurance on billing field
  9. Invoice/Recognise revenue from Time and Material.
  10. Receive new request in SOM workflow tool by way of tracer in email.
  11. Determine if the request is to rebill customer, if so make corrections in EMILI and process.
  12. If the request is cancellation, download cancellation request tool excel spreadsheet.
  13. Run work order detail and Invoice detail in EDW, saving results to hard drive, pull query results into cancellation tool excel workbook. Save excel workbook to server and send email for approval to respective OD.
  14. If approval received [within 10 days], open cancellation request and populate response. Process Credit Memo for the respective work order in EMILI to cancel and close SOM tracer.
  15. If approval denied, reject request to original requestor.
  16. Invoice Preference/ Invoice Exceptions and Invoice Routing:
  17. Review the billing requests received manually and electronically.
  18. Check whether all the relevant data fields are correct.
  19. Decide on revenue recognition, i.e., whether the transaction is billable or not after going through the customer notes and contract.
  20. Comply with TAT and Accuracy as per SLA / operations metrics
  21. Ensure all the cancellations come through SOM WFT tracer.
  22. Ensure SOM cancellations have approval by OD or above level.
  23. Should be able to handle customer queries
