Job Title : BPO Voice openings (CSR & TSR) – Mumbai.
Experience : 0 – 5 Years
Job Description : Customer support, Voice process.
Desired : graduate (with or without experience).
Diploma holder / undergraduate with more than 6 months of experience in customer support associate, or any domain also prefered.
B.E/B.Tech graduates with an aggregate of less than 55% or must have prior voice exp for a minimum of 6 months & No BE/Tech graduates 2008 pass outs.
Excellent communication skills.
Should be flexible to work in shifts.
