Job position : Tech Support & Customer Support Executive
Experience : 0 – 1 Years
Work Location : Mumbai
- Undergraduates (XII standard) with more than 6 months of work experience
- Graduates / Post Graduates / Diploma Holders with 0 – 5 yrs of exp
- B.E/B.Tech graduates with an aggregate of less than 60% and must have prior voice exp for a minimum of 6 months.
- BE/Tech Fresher – 2010 Passed outs are not eligible.
- Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree are not eligible
- Candidate should have 0-2.5 years of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.
- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred
- Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
- Should be open to work in any shift.
