Job Title: Associate – Accounts Receivables

Qualification: Graduate

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

1. Adhere To Service Level Agreements / Process Benchmark
2. To Co-Ordinate With The Team Members To Achieve Targets
3. To Follow The Instructions From Team Leader
4. To adhere to the tenets of the Floor policy
5. To adhere to the tenets of the Inventurus Privacy and Security Policy
6. To Adhere To The SOP’s (Outline Of Objectives – Do’s And Don’ts)
7. To Perform Any Additional Duties As And When Required
8. To Follow the Norms required maintaining Quality Standards and cooperating with the QA Team during Audits.
9. To Attend Daily Team Briefings
10. Proper Communication Within The Team And Escalate The Related Issues To The Team Leader For Timely Resolution
11. Strictly Follow The SLA While Making External Communication
12. Responsible For Attending/Making Calls As Per Project Requirement
13. Responsible For Effective Communication With The End Customer As Per Project Requirement (UK, US Etc Accent)
14. Responsible To Achieve Targets As Per The Schedule
15. Responsible For Optimum Utilization Of Data/Resources With Specified Benchmark
16. Access Database To Read And Write
17. Put In Preferred Weekly Offs

Experience and Qualifications:

• Graduates In Arts (Math, Accounts, Statistics)/Commerce/Science Or Government Recognized Diploma (12 +3) In Hospitality Management Such As Travel & Tourism, Hotels, and Interior. No Engineering graduates.
• Operating Knowledge Of MS Office 2000, typing speed – 35+ WPM
• Measures Target Achievements, Skills And Behaviour At Work
• 1-2 yrs experience in Healthcare vertical as an Accounts Receivable Executive.
• Customer Orientation, Service Orientation, Empathy And Willingness To Learn And Conscientiousness, Team Player
• Ability To Work In A Team, Willing To Take Lead, Ready To Assist And Share Knowledge With Others
• Willingness To Change And Perform Under Pressure. Flexibility to work in a 24×7 work environment
