Experience: 0 – 2 Years

Work Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore

Qualification : B.Tech/B.E. – Electronics/Telecomunication

Required :

  • A fresher from Engineering background or 1-2 years experience in Telemarketing
  • Working knowledge of Excel/word/Internet
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Able to manage multiple leads projects with demanding timelines.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication required.
  • Superior task management and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to coordinate with other Marketing communications professionals for ADC initiatives and campaigns.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Engage and implement leads generation and leads management programs.
  • Work with marketing team to understand and analyze the leads generated through various marketing activities.
  • Process them and call/email each lead to understand and qualify the quality of the leads.
  • Use Salesforece.com CRM package to enter/upload/transfer leads to the respective sales managers
  • Follow-up of status of leads transferred and update status.
  • Look for different avenues (using web) to find out where new projects are coming up so that leads can be identified.
  • Must be able to work in and take direction within a matrix organization, working closely with Sales and marketing team.
  • Must be able to organize and execute ADC’s telemarketing activities in India with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure leads are transferred on a timely fashion
  • Support the marketing team’s in Efficient execution of ADC’s marketing plan for India that is linked to leads management objective
  • Data Entry , Verification, Validation and Database Cleansing
