Job Title : Admin Executive

Experience: 1 – 4 Years

Job Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore

Job Description :

• Infrastructure Management
• Maintenance of Furniture, Electrical, Plumbing, A.C. works etc
• Maintenance of telephones, new telephone applications landline as well as cell phones/Blackberries
• Vendor Management
• Undertaking vendor selection, management, upgradation and tie-up of all activities
• Processing vendor billings and release of funds.
• Tie up with agencies for office arrangements: Security, housekeeping, drinking water, floor arrangement, and power back up, communications.
• Handling Security and Housekeeping
• Sourcing, Analyzing & Procuring all admin related items and thus providing cost effective administration solutions
• Liaisoning, coordinating with local authorities and other government bodies.
• Preparing various MIS Reports, weekly expense sheets, maintain asset register, etc.

Desired :

• 1-3 years of experience in HR/Admin activities
• Travel Industry Experience is preferred
