Job Description :

  • Provide a consistently high level of quality service to virtual customers, handling a variety of administrative requests with multiple priorities
  • Demonstrate ownership of requests to ensure customer needs are met; seek to exceed expectations of customer.
  • Complete customer requests in a professional, efficient and timely manner
  • Provide services, including:
  • Arrange and co-ordinate complex and multi-destination travel and accommodation requirements using the preferred suppliers and the systems and processes in place
  • Meeting planning (coordinate participants, send invites (as iCalendar not from personal diaries), booked space, AV, catering, etc.)
  • Conf Call (coordination, changes and dial in setup)
  • Personal Workspace (reserve, cancel)
  • Format, brand, edit documents as required and specified using the appropriate software (PowerPoint/Excel etc)

Desired :

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Full fluency in specified language skills (read, write, speak) as determined by geography – exam required
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Proficient with web-based applications (internet, intranet)
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills (effective listening and oral communications)
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Attention to details
