Job Description :
- Day to day close supervision on facilities management esp. housekeeping, security, cafeteria
- Initial/Preliminary work on purchases, dealing with vendors, preparing purchased orders (PO), material inward/outward.
- Running around for liaison work with external agencies (STPI, Excise/Customs, etc.).
- Maintenance of office records from STPI, Customs & Excise , Shops and Establishment Act
- Maintenance of asset record, verification, addition, disposal of scrap.
- Manage meeting room bookings, arrangements for guest,
- Monitor the maintenance of office equipment
- PO formalities, Vendor interaction
- DG, UPS and AC functional knowledge
- Managing direct billing customers
- Update the department metrics.
- Company transport management.
- Cell phone Management
- Coordinates with external vendors/contractors on facilities and equipment repairs and internally with other departments (such as IT and Procurement).
- Experience in building a new facility in STPI/SEZ would be added advantage.
- Overall Responsible for Office and Facility & Administration.
