Job Position : Demand Center Representative
Experience : 1 – 5 Years
Work Location : Delhi/NCR
Job Responsibilities :
- Demand Center Representative for US & UK market
- Reports to Demand Center Manager
- Responsible for initiating contact with customers and prospective customers over the phone and email.
- Execute call campaigns around upgrades, new product launches.
- Qualify leads from field marketing activities.
- Articulate Adobe value proposition and key messaging.
- Present/ demonstrate compelling solutions to customers via the phone.
- Qualify customers for Adobe’s contractual licensing programs.
- Manage and close direct pipeline of business by driving all aspects of the sales cycle, from product evaluation through contract negotiation and purchase.
- Manage a minimum of 60 completed calls per day (Lead or no opportunity result) based on 65 calls attempted per day.
- Work cross-functionally with field marketing, channel sales in order to drive sales.
Job details :
This is a telesales hybrid role that will include Inside Sales and Demand Generation for Adobe’s PPBU products. This position is closely aligned with Field marketing, BDM’s and Channel Sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Trained in US & UK accents
- Must be organized, detail and process oriented
- Knowledge of Adobe products and the e-learning and technical communication industries.
- Bachelors Degree with relevant industry experience of 1+ years outbound telesales for US or UK geography.
- B2B sales experience with successful track record of exceeding targets with a software or hardware organisation.
