On the BPO space, the India operation provides Solution center services that involve back office operations covering both voice and non-voice processes. The operations can be classified into two areas: Software Development We work with onsite business unit teams to build and support various products of ADP. Our work spans the entire software value-chain, from strategic Business Process Re-engineering and Enterprise Application Integration to Operational Product support and Maintenance.

Job Title : Customer Service Representative – Voice BPO

Experience : 1 – 4 Years

Job Location : Hyderabad / Secunderabad

Desired :

1. Fresh B.Com, BA, BHM and B.Sc graduates from the 2009 batch only with 60% aggregate.
2. Excellent communication, analytical and interfacing skills.
3. Willing to work in different time zones.

Job Description :

1. Effectively answer inbound / outbound telephone calls from clients and provide client support through the use of an online knowledge base and benefits administration system / information system.
2. Document calls and issues in case management tools.
3. Good decision maker.
4. Willing to work in different time zones.

Note:

The following candidates need not apply:

1. BE / B.Tech / MCA.
2. Candidates with less than 1 year in the current company.
3. Candidates who have worked with 3 or more companies and possess only 2 years experience.
