Job Description:
Act as a first point of contact with customer through emails resolving customer’s complaints and concerns satisfactorily. Retaining customers through excellent level of customer service while following company’s policies and procedures.

Skills:
• Ability to write grammatically correct English.
• Ability to accurately assess and summarize a customer’s requirement.
• Typing skills with speed of over 35 words per minute.
• IATA certified travel professional and/or
• Work experience of minimum one year with a travel related organizations and/or
• Understanding of the airlines fare structuring or refunds.
• Customer service focus.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Ability to open Internet Explorer and navigate through website.
• Sound decision making ability.
• Proactive team player.
• Good analytical and problem solving capabilities.
