Designation : International Ticketing Associate 

Experience : 0 – 5 Years 

Job Description : own and execute ticketing responsibilities and process ticket requests from the ticketing queues
Process electronic tickets
Analyze various changes and advise for improvements when necessary Handle customer e-mails and queue based tasks timely and efficiently

Strong understanding of international ticketing concepts, pricing, fare construction, etc.
Ability to read and understand linear fare construction, fare rules, and airline negotiated fare contracts.
Knowledge of one or more GDS systems; Amadeus, (preferable), Apollo/Galileo, Sabre or Worldspan.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong PC skills; Windows, MS Office knowledge preferable.
Be a self-starter who exercises independent judgment and initiative.
Must be detail oriented, proactive, and possess excellent multitasking skills.
A team player with a positive work ethic.
Must be organized and able to prioritize workload.

Ideally you have at least 2-5 years of international ticketing and fulfillment experience and/or you have graduated with a degree in travel and tourism. You also thrive in a technologically advanced fast pace work environment.
