Amazon Seller Services India offers services to sellers to grow multi-channel commerce. See http://services.amazon.in for details of products and services in India. As a Sales Executive, you will be part of a time-bound project focused on recruiting sellers for Amazons services for www.amazon.in. The candidate is expected to help potential sellers understand the opportunity with adopting the service for their business and train them on how to use the service. To be successful in this role you should have superior communication, presentation and organizational skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will work autonomously taking control and responsibility for achieving the objectives of the role.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Sales: Working in a dynamic sales environment you will be responsible for qualifying, recruiting and onboarding sellers.
  2. Your success will be measured by the quantity and quality of sellers that adopt the service on the platform.
  3. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to sell services and have the ability to convey compelling Amazon products and services value propositions to sellers.

Required :

  • More than 1+ years of experience in sales
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is preferred
  • Passion for e-commerce is required.
  • Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
  • Proven ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
  • Experience working with SME retailers is an advantage.
  • Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable.
  • Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets is desired.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a positive can-do attitude over the phone
  • Experience in a short sell cycle required, with one call close experience preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. Has the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
  • Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
  • Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets is desirable.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows based applications
  • Salesforce.com or other CRM experience is preferred
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Understanding of e-commerce desired.
  • Need Immediate joining ( within 10 working days)
