Education: B.Sc

Job Description :

1. To arrange the required components near let off stations.
2. To load the material to let off stations as per Standard Operating Procedure
3. To maintain FIFO system as per SOP
4. To carry out Tyre Manufacturing operation as per SOP
5. To verify all safety switches / wire ropes are in operation before startup
6. To carry out 5 S activities
7. To carry out size change /Inspection of Tyre operation as per SOP
8. To achieve the rated machine capacity meeting the quality norms
9. To carry out equipment breakdown maintenance
10. To maintain all process check and traceability records
11. To identify all scrap and rework material as SOP
12. To arrange tooling for size change as per SOM
13. To shift Green tyre trolley to specified storage area for Tyre Curing

Desired :

1. B.Sc with 45% marks.1-2 years of hands on experience on production would be preferred.
2. Should be willing to work on automated machines in shifts.
