Job Description :

• Analysis and troubleshoot the day-to-day requests and queries raised by users on the applications and systems that the team supports.
• Liaise with product vendors and internal IT teams as the primary technical contact for issue resolution.
• Participate in projects in ensuring that all operational requirements are achieved before implementation.
• Administrate systems that are maintained by the team. Such as Interwoven Team Site, Document Management System from Open Text and EMC.
• Proactive team player and work closely with Operation Manager, Product Managers and technical leads in ensuring the operability of the systems.
• Complete support on SQL or Oracle.
