Job Position : Network Engineer

Experience : 1 – 5 Years

Work Place : Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities :

1. Interacting with clients, understanding their needs & providing technical support to CLIENT by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries working on all CISCO products.
2. Routing Protocols
3. TCP/ IP and IRQs
4. Basic operating systems related to Networking

Required :

1. Troubleshooting exp.
2. Willing to work in 24*7 Support (Night Shifts).
3. Prior exp of Voice based technical support.
4. Knowledge of CISCO product will be an added advantage.
