Job Description : Interacting with customers, understanding their needs and helping them by providing technical support to Customer by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries working on all CISCO products
Skills : Troubleshooting exp.
Willing to work in 24*7 Support (Night Shifts).
Prior exp of Voice based technical support.
Knowledge of CISCO product will be an added advantage.
Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz:
Routing Protocols
TCP/ IP and IRQs
Basic operating systems related to Networking
Desired : excellent communication skills and flair for technology to fill in the positions of Associate Network Engineer for Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) at Gurgaon.
To apply, you should have the ability to think out-of-the-box and must fulfill the following criteria:
1.Graduate in any discipline
2.6-12 months experience in technical support
3.Troubleshooting experience
4.Willing to work in a 24×7 environment
