Job Description :

  1. Monitoring and processing of cash transactions requests through LN DB.
  2. Input of cash transactions onto Global Plus and FISERV.
  3. Processing of Checks, ACH and Wire transactions on Global and Checking accounts.
  4. Review of client and official check presentments.
  5. Processing of stop payments and reversals on global plus and checking accounts.
  6. Maintenance of checking accounts on FISERV and covering of overdraft balances in the checking accounts as specified.
  7. Reconciliations of the checking account balances and official checks for the previous day.
  8. Upload entries for the work processed into pre-defined excels sheets for the daily general ledger purpose.
  9. Month end activities include – preparation of abandoned property log and ACH amount reconciliation.
  10. Quarterly activities include the reporting of the outstanding official checks, processing of quarterly pooled income and tax requests received during specified times.
  11. Input of unitization requests on global plus.
  12. Identification and rectification of wrong codes used for EBT account transactions.
  13. Calculation of co-trustee commissions for the trust accounts as per predefined excel sheets and preparation of annual tax letters at the year end.
  14. Processing of remittances and statement event requests on global plus.
  15. Respond to inquiries (via telephone or email) relating to banking, custody, EBT&Trust functions and Remittances & Statement process.
  16. Work on special projects, as required
  17. Calculation of co-trustee commissions for the trust accounts as per predefined excel sheets and preparation of annual tax letters at the year end.
