Job Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore 

Desired :

• Preferably educated to Diploma or Bachelor level in any discipline
• Computer literate.
• Conscientious, attentive to detail, customer focused, organised and able to prioritise workloads
• Experience in a telecommunications environment. – Desirable
• Pro-active problem solver
• Good communicator both verbal and written
• Knowledge of GIS systems. – Desirable

Job Description :

• Ensure all new orders are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with OSM Processes and SLA’s.
• To understand UK Geography, and where different utilities operate.
• Contact various companies by Email/Fax/Letter for their apparatus information
• Convert maps on Atkins’ in-house graphic system to pdf files and email to requestors.
• Obtain utility maps from various programmes, websites and disks
• Ensure all utility mapping is completed by the SLA date.
• Monitor in-coming and out-going work-load, and inform the Team Leader of any issues.
• To be a competent user of the various systems / databases /GIS mapping.
• General administration, i.e filing, faxing and data input
• To liaise with the UK team on a daily basis and build up a good working relationship
• To carry out additional ad hoc activities as required by line manager.
