- The jobholder is responsible for retaining customer seeking to surrender their policies.
- The jobholder will work within the customer services function focusing on customer retention.
- Deliver efficient, effective, professional and courteous service to intermediaries and customers
- Address all customer requests and queries within established timeframes and service levels
- Convince customer on benefits of the products.
- Graduate from a reputed university/ institute.
- Fluency in English
- Excellent customer service skills including strong communication and listening capabilities
- Proficient in MS office
- 0 – 3 years experience in customer services or operations in a multinational company, preferably in the financial services/ BPO sector
