Sales Call Planning â Servicing the leads as provided by the channel partner (Banks like ABN, Indusind, Bank of Rajasthan, Broking Channels ), analyzing sales opportunities, identifying, prospecting and classifying external customers in addition to leads coming from Bank.

Making sales calls – identification of customer needs, conducting financial health check, facilitating insurance selling.

Building, maintaining customer relationships – For ongoing business & reference generation.

Minimum 4 customer calls a day, including new, old, closure and referral calls.

Sales MIS data recording and reporting as per defined schedules.

Business acquisition through referral channels/self sourcing.

Sales/service support to customers.

Customer service to existing clients of AVIVA.

Keeping management updated on competition activities i.e. a good market knowledge is a âmust have.â

Reporting to Sales Manager-Bancassurance

Desired : We are for looking self motivated individuals having flair for Sales and Customer Relationship who want to learn and rise the corpoarte ladder with us.

Minimum Graduation in any stream.MBA would be preferred.
0-2 years of experince in Insurance,Sales, Marketing, Cards etc.Advisors with other leading Life Insurance companies.
IRDA Certified candidfates would be preferable.
Go-getter attitude, convincing, aggressive, good communication and presentably.
