Job Description :
This production access Team Member position reports to an Access Team Leader in the Global Access Operations Management division and is responsible for performing duties of administering userid access to information residing on company computer systems (Mainframe, LAN, and Midrange which includes Unix, Linux, AS400, Tandem, Stratus, DEC Vax, and Netegrity Siteminder) and in-house application systems running on these computer systems, and will facilitate requests with other Lines of Business in the Enterprise to ensure the access requests are performed to meet process SLA set up by GAO.
