Job Description :
Candidate shall be required to process service transactions as per requirements.
Candidate shall be required to interact with clients on a daily /weekly / monthly basis
Candidate shall be required to generate and maintain reports.
Candidate shall be required to suggest improvements / BPI’s for the sub-process or for the entire process
Desired :
Any Graduates. (Results in Hand).
Comfortable with afternoon shift
Max age limit of 30 years.
Good MS excel knowledge
Good verbal communication
Internet browsing skills
Basic computer hardware knowledge
Shift Timings: Afternoon (1pm to 10pm)
