Job Description :
Maintain the Corporate database system through Data Entry & Update
Data verification of clients & prospects on a periodic basis
Communicate with clients & prospects as and when required, through e-mail or phone to seek verification
Generate Quotations as per requirement of Business Development Team and follow-up the same with the person requesting the quotation for end result
Compile Tender Documents as per tender requirement
Execute mass mailing for direct marketing as per requirement of Business Development Team and also track responses received
Generate various reports as per Business Development Team or Senior Management
Desired :
The candidate should be a Graduate in any stream. An experience in related activity with exposure to related skill set is highly desired. However freshers meeting skills criteria are also encouraged to apply.
The candidate must possess following skills:
High Level of Proficiency in Spoken & Written English – a must have
High Level of Proficiency in Spoken Hindi (Writing capabilities will be a plus)– a must have Extremely familiar with Microsoft Windows OS and
Microsoft Office Products like Access, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Extremely familiar with information searching over Internet using various Search Engines and E-mailing
Desired fair knowledge about basic computer troubleshooting at user level
Should have a pleasant personality and should be ready to work in a team which will always be under pressure to perform
