Role:  Sales Trainee/ Management Trainee
 
Job Description : To achieve individual targets fixed by the venue manager.
To achieve distinction of 75% in individual appraisals.
To attend all the training sessions and learn about all the insurance products.
To give the presentations to the invited guests in the venue.
To check and collect all relevant document from the clients and ensure issuance of the policy  within a stiputed time frame.
To Provide comprehensive insurance planning advice to all the client by introducing suitable insurance products.
To make direct visits and generate additional  bussiness through referencing.
