Job Description :

• Direct ownership of the creation, distribution, management and closure of all Customer Service communications associated with service incidents, maintenance and information (Alerts).
• Active participation in the management and delivery of other Service Communications channels including Service Disruption Notifications (SDN) and Customer Statements.
• Central point of contact for all business functions e.g. Thomson Reuters Customer Support, Technical Account Managers, Data Account Managers, relating to service incidents and their present status.
• Facilitating communications between key operational groups e.g. 1st Level Technical Operations, Content Operations, and customer-facing and business teams on service-impacting incidents.
• Creation and maintenance of the System, Data, Product, Exchange Alert templates and speedtexts
• Act as the ICC Communications Manager during ICC incidents, responsible for all internal and external related communications.

Desired :

• Excellent written and verbal English
• 0-2+ years experience of working with financial data or core infrastructures
• Regional markets expertise or real-time market data knowledge an advantage
• Proficiency with strategic products e.g. 3000 Xtra, Thomson ONE, DataScope products, Reuters Plus
• Awareness of Communication networks, Timeseries and other non real-time infrastructures an advantage
• ITIL qualifications preferred
