- Should be flexible working in rotational shifts.
- Preferably should have hands on exp related to hardware troubleshooting or ISP or any technical process.
- Excellent communication and Technical Knowledge.
Job Responsibilities :
- Troubleshooting customer queries regardin Laptops and Desktops.
- Purely into Hardware Troubleshooting for Indian customers.
- Completely inbound.
