Education: B.Com – Commerce, CA,ICWA

Job Description :

• To assist & help the Manager in GL activities for Japan & any other countries as maybe required.
• To ensure Month end GL activities are completed within deadlines
• Review of P&L, Balance Sheet, Flux Analysis
• Liaison with Income Tax Authorities if required.
• Work with tax consultants on tax related matters.
• Working with the Legal consultants for legal compliances like board meetings, statutory filings, etc.
• Complete responsibility of Internal Audit and SOX compliance.
• Major role in Finalization of accounts and tax audit and Annual Financial Reports.

Desired :

• B. Com + Mo.B.A or CA-inter, ICWA-inter, CS-inter
• About 1 to 2 years of experience r fresher with sound academic, technical knowledge and good interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Oracle financials is an added advantage.
• Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
