Job Description :

• will be responsible for end to end process of recruitment with our clients. Some of the key activities that you will be doing are
• Understanding Client requirements, Client selection process and identify profile of the potential candidates who can fit the requirement
• Planning a Search strategy to identify the required profile
• Searching the candidates thru Internal databases, Job boards and thru your own networking
• Understand the technology and domain of the client.
• Understand candidate’s resumes, career plans and evaluate role fitment.
• Counsel candidates on how they should plan their career moves.
• Positioning relevant candidates to clients
• Follow thru till the requested position is closed
• Adherence to Careernet’s Service Excellence framework comprising of Quality processes, usage of resume database application and participation in employee develop

Desired :

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Flair for recruitment and establishing a career in recruitment.
• Basic knowledge on recruitment and recruitment industry.
