Qualification : MBA/PGDM – HR/Industrial Relations

Work Place : Bengaluru/Bangalore

Job Responsibilities :

• Generalist profile .
• Screen profiles of candidates, short-list and call suitable candidates for discussion and conduct preliminary round of interview and test.
• Orientation of New Employees.
• Maintaining files and handling joining formalities.
• Understanding the manpower needs and ensuring accomplishment of the same with the resourcing team

Required :

• MBA HR degree from good institute
• Good academic background
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
