Job Description :

1. Developing training materials for various products teams and adheres to the needs of the internal Stake holders.
2. Facilitating brainstorming sessions, providing strategic instructional direction and creating instructional design proposals
3. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to determine project goals, learning objectives
4. Creating interactive simulations using Captivate for the software demonstrations
5. Editing and developing content for e-learning courses (CBT, WBT, ILT) for internal and external projects

Desired :

1. Have good knowledge of Instructional Design and Storyboarding. This includes ability to
2. Research, analyze, design, develop, customize instructional materials for WBT/CBT/ILT
3. Work with different types of input material to create instructional content
4. Apply various Instructional strategies, models and theories to content
5. Use templates in developing instructional materials.
6. Visualize
7. Have knowledge of industry standards, such as AICC, SCORM & 503.
8. At least 2+ yrs. of experience in Instructional Designing.
9. Should be proficient in using Articulate, Captivate, Robo help, MS Office and developing instructional design content.
10. Should have understanding of ADDIE model
11. Excellent in writing and communication skills
12. Experience of working with international clients is highly preferred.
