Job Description :
Handling the entire end to end recruitment process/activities for ITES / BPO clients.
Client managment
screening / Sourcing of profile with accuracy & generating reference.
Maintain good rapport with candidates till he/she joins
Screening application forms, short listing applicants and conducting preliminary interview.
conducting walkin.

Desired :
Minimum 6 months to 2 yrs experience in ITES recruitment
Hands on experience in recruitment like sourcing, screening etc.
Understanding the client requirments.
Should be knowing to use job portals like naukri & monster.
Experience in Job posting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-Motivated, energetic.
