Job Description :

• The Text Chat process is a non-Voice Process. Associates are responsible for responding to online banking and Retail customer’s enquiries via the internet thru live chat sessions.
• The associates have to research and assist external and internal bank customers and partner with Senior Management and various support departments to resolve escalated and complex enquiry. Text chat is a customer service process and not a financial process.

Desired :

• Any graduate.
• Good written communication skills
• 0-36 months of work experience (Customer Service exp. Preferred)
• willing to work in shifts (24/7).
• typing Speed – 28wpm, 90% accuracy
