Ability to work on the numbers and deduce the right numbers. Would be required to handle data for around 3500 employees.
Should have banking domain knowledge.
Ability to work on database. Should have the ability to derive and present critical analysis from complex data.
Should be extremely proficient in the analysis, reporting and presentation of key data.
