Recruitment of -1000- Clerical Staff
Bank of Baroda, India’s International Bank, with a network of more than 2850 branches in India enjoys the unique distinction of overseas presence in 25 countries, looking for -1000- young and energetic candidates who would participate in the transformation programme and join us in the Clerical cadre.
Clerk: 1000 Posts
Emoluments: Basic Pay in Time Scale of Rs. 4410 – 13210 plus DA, HRA, CCA etc. as per Bipartite Settlement amended from time to time (Pay Scales are due for upward revision).
Age (As on 01.09.2008):
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum age: 28 years.
(Relaxation of age for Reserved Candidates and certain other category candidates as per Government guidelines)
Education(As on 01.09.2008):
A 10 + 2 / Intermediate / HSC pass with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD & XSM OR A Degree with minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PWD & XSM)
Probation Period:
Minimum period of 6 months.
Confirmation in Clerical cadre is subject to satisfactory performance.

i guess they could have misplaced the results, or spilled tea over their keyboards causing some mess..

Its been almost 4 months since the exam..What the Hell are the authorities doing out there? Come on, it was just an Objective exam and dont need manual valuation….I doubt the valuation is already complete and they actually dont want to recruit at this time of he year…Hell then why have they conducted exams so early?????

I agree with sandeep, this has all the signs of a major scam / fiasco..
This is something the authorities should be ashamed of, but I doubt that their egos will ever allow such a thought to enter their mind..
Its sad that we have to work so hard and face so much crap to get into a bank, and then face all that crap all over again
