Job Description :
1.Recruit Partner under him.Expand the Network. Help to incerase awareness of Mutual Fund.
2.Expand the volume of business, Move on the field for the same. Recruit persons for selling of mutual fund. Train to the new recruiters means guide them to expand business..
3.Follow Sales Process to recruit partners and report to Team Leaders
4Report the sales process in Sales process system
5.Co- ordinate if needed the Business Opportuities Programme and arrange everything within the budget alloted to you.
6.Arrange client meet and do the requisite booking for the event.

Desired
: Requirement for Borivali, Dadar, Dombivali, Fort, Panvel, Thane.
Recruitment of Partners – Undertake Activity to forsee that that he is able to recruit NJ Fundz Partners Under Him. He is responsible for recruiting partners under him. He have to ensure reporting of the activity undertaken by him in the sales process.
Business Development of Partners : Undertake the activity in accordance with the sales process in order to activate the business from each partner enrolled under him. To see that the overall business targets are achived. Have to ensure that the partners are trainned to get the best from them
Following Sales Process : One has to ensure that he judiciously study the task which have been assigned by the sales process.
