Posting invoices into the Accounting Software
Maintaining the purchase order system
Assisting in selection of suppliers
Making payments
Sales Ledger: Hong Kong, Dubai & India
Raising sales invoices
Maintaining repeat sales invoice schedule
Credit control
Banking receipts

Bank Accounts: Hong Kong, Dubai & India
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Liaising with UK re funding of accounts

Petty Cash: India
Management & reconciliation

Fixed Assets: Hong Kong, Dubai & India
Maintaining the schedule

Desired : Broad base of accounting knowledge
Strong in Principles of Accounting
Good communication skill
Willingness to learn
