Job Description: The primary task of a Business Development executive is to create and nurture new channel partners. (sub-Brokers).
To aid the incubent, support in the form of collaterals, databases, and new leads,will be provided.
The Executive is also expected to generate external leads on his own.
Beyond this the incumbent will have to fix appointments, make a presentation and close the deal.
The executive is responsible for smooth induction of the client to the system (Industry profile,process) and meeting all his query requirements for an initial period till the client is acquainted with the work process of SRE.
Often he will be expected to travel up country at various locations.

Desired : The incumbent should have an excellent communication skill and flare to interact with people.
He should be a Quick Learner and a Team Player.
Basic Stock market knowledge would be an added advantage.
