   Area Covered : Insurance companies based in Mumbai.
   Policies Covered : Motor, Health Travel, Home Insurance
   Project Scope: To check out the difference in success rate of the companies owing to different facilities offered in bound and to the customers as well. The options offered were almost same every where.
   Conclusion: The success of insurance is essential for the overall success of economies, across the globe. The competition in the industry will cause the market to grow and offer consumer choices through the introduction of new products, services and price options.

   Project Title: A Study on Warehouse system of Shoppers Stop
   Organisation Covered : Shoppers Stop
   Duration of Project : 10 Days
   Area Covered : Shoppers Stop (Mumbai).
   Project Scope: Auto replenishment program
   Conclusion: Using Auto Replenishment Software J D Edward.
   Every product in this store has a bar coding system because of which when any product reduces to below certain limit the system automatically detects the same and informs to the departments about that so that their will be no time wastage in manual checking of products and as well as inventory cost will also be reduced.

   Project Title: Pre launch market survey of Xerox advertisement conducted by Prastut Consultancy.
   Organisation Covered : Xerox Mumbai
   Duration of Project : 15 Days
   Area Covered : Visualization of launch of Ads of Xerox by elite corporate of top companies, by Prastut Consultancy. Confirmation of the same was done by feedback forms and questionnaires.
   Project Scope: This project was done on behalf of Xerox Company to understand and analyze the reaction of Senior Corporate Managers on color print advertisement survey. The survey was done to understand the first reaction of corporate before the advertisement was launched in market. The survey proved to be successful attempt by the company where 8 out of 10 advertisements were considered to be non confusing and easily understandable.
   Conclusion: The market vibes can be felt even before launch of ads. This is an important and deciding factor for the launch of brand or products in Market.

   Project Title: Dealer assessment of Hyundai showrooms (conducted by Prastut Consultancy).
   Organisation Covered : Hyundai showrooms (Mumbai)
   Duration of Project : 7 Days
   Area Covered : Assessment of Pre Services offered by various dealers to their customers.
   Project Scope: This project was done on behalf of Hyundai Company, to analyze the dealers of Hyundai. The areas covered were ambiance, schemes or price difference between dealers of Hyundai in Mumbai. Availability of Product information in the form of display Brochures and cut outs etc. Even the intricacies like initial greetings and refreshments etc. were also considered.
   Conclusion: Even a miniscule factor can decide the fate of product.

   Summer Internship program: A Study on Customer Satisfaction at ING Vysya Life.
   Internship Venue: ING Vysya Life Insurance.
   Duration: 4 months.
   Area Covered: Recruitment of advisors, one of the major work profiles under HR Dept. of any company.
   Scope: Vigorous Recruitment training procedure involved analysis of various skill sets which were a prerequisite for appointment of an advisor who is a first but the utmost important member amongst the long tier of working professional in a Company. Advisors work for the Unit Managers who are at the lowest level of Management Hierarchy in Insurance Company.
   Conclusion: Human Resource department is like transportation system in an organization. It has to provide the regular and right inputs to the people in and out of the company at the right time.

   Work Experience:-

   Have one and half years of work experience as Marketing Executive in Satna Trading House. Experience in Marketing and Accounts. My major role was to appoint dealers and retailers. I had a broad profile and managed almost every aspect of business, which included client relationship, financial aspect, inventory control and Pre sales and After Sales to name a few. Company was dealing with Ghadi Detergent Powder.

   Extra Curricular Activities:-
