Education: UG – B.Com – Commerce
PG – M.Com – Commerce
  
Job Description: Acquire optimum knowledge of all processes (AP, TERS, Payment & GA) performed out of McKinsey & Company-GFA
Provide direct support to McKinsey offices, suppliers and clients relating to payment status, queries etc.,
Research and respond to requests of various stakeholders (internal clients, suppliers, internal and external auditors) within agreed SLAs /TAT
Maintain the integrity of the Oracle payables related database
 
Desired Profile:  Very strong oral/written communication
Strong customer service skills
Proficient in MS-Office
Knowledge of Oracle Financials(preferable not mandatory)
Ability to work independently & in team environment.
