• Job Description :
  Research and Development in any of these areas : – Signal/ Audio/ Speech Processing – Speech Recognition — Responsibilities includes – - Research and Develop new algorithms for identified research topics in various domains and/or improve the existing algorithms. – Actively work in product development, publish and represent TANLA’s interest in various industry and standardization forums – Responsible for growing technical expertise – both individually and of the focus group.
• Desired :
  B.Tech/B.E. – Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecomunication, Instrumentation
  M.Tech – Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecomunication
  Strong domain knowledge with demonstrated ability to develop and nurture new ideas
  Multi-faceted Skill-set – programming (C, MATLAB), Technical writing, Exposure to OS internals (Linux), Processors
  Earlier relevant industry experience is a plus
  Focused individual with ability to make strong individual contributions Experience : 0 – 8 Y
