Job Title : Support Engineer- Backend
Experience : 0 - 3 Years
Education : B.Tech/B.E. Computers, Electronics/Telecomunication, BCA , MCA
Job Description : The incumbent will be trouble shooting for an EMR which works on a Client Server technology for the Eye industry and is well known in the US as âMaximeyesâ. The software is used by Optometrists, Ophthalmologists, Surgeons and their staff. The software has various integrations like medical equipment, electronic claims, third party integrations and various other features dealing with network, web integration, etc.
will have to work on RDBMS.
Desired : Experience in application support will be an advantage.
Exposure to any process related to desktop support, hardware support, network support, ISP support is desired.
Knowledge of Client Server Technology.
Knowledge of RDBMS.
Should have credible customer satisfaction history.
Knowledge of VB/SQL will be an advantage.
Must be a self-starter with good problem solving skills and should be a good ‘team player’.
Should be flexible about work timings.
