Job responsibilities :
To manage entire customer transactions at various touch points and ensure service delivery happens as per brand guidelines.
Managing these transactions within the financial budgets. The impact of non-delivery by this position may lead to serious impact on cost to serve and bottom line. All call centre operations are being outsourced to strategic partners, First Source, Mphasis & IBM Daksh. This position shall drive Shared Services and the Demand Organsisation for performance delivery from these partners. This role is responsible for conceptualising applications/ideas which increases business efficiency and effectiveness. This position sponsor and champions various IT enabled initiatives like CRM, Self Service portal, SMS based applications , Call centre technology etc. One of the key responsibilities of this position is to create market differentiation by developing service products which can take Airtel customer services into a different paradigm. This position does not look into best practices but responsible for creating Next practices. This position is a custodian of all support processes (In-bound) for broadband, landline and data products & services.
