Job Description :
We are at the threshold of defining the business solutions and devices space in the industry from an operator perspective. All initiatives related to business solution products create opportunities for additional revenue and stickiness for the customers. The company has been pioneer in introducing newer services and has been in positioning as &#65533;innovator &#65533;with many first in its credit. BlackBerry has been such an example. Similarly devices also bring opportunity to bring new customers on board and create opportunity for doing CRM for existing customers.

This position identifies newer opportunities in this space, creates and customises the products to the market with speed, accuracy and opportunity to increase revenue, acquire new customers for the various markets.

1. Strategy, New Product Development – Develop new products and introduce new products

2. Customer First – Responsible for sustained improvement in operational and customer facing KPIs. Ensuring that the Voice of Customer is regularly captured and incorporated back in the relevant related processes, especially since the target segments for such initiatives are very wide and cover several social strata. Thus providing maximum value to the customer and building stickiness for the customers. Launching new services to keep services ‘fresh’ and make the customers life easy.

3. Developing, Managing and Nurturing partners – Keep partners aligned with our tactical business strategy ensuring their support for the business roadmap and customer delight objectives. Work with partners to encourage partner’s participation in the business and his growth to ensure that fresh and innovative idea’s are first offered to the organisation. Recommending appropriate revenue share levels for new services launched and identifying preferred partners to work with the partners, especially in the case Email on the go : RIM,Ericsson,Nokia Intellisync and for devices are : Nokia,Sony Ericsson LG, Huawei,Haeir ,Palm, HTC etc.

4. Working with internal customers – Since these initiatives will always have a organisation wide angle, it will be imperative to ensure that all the departments/verticals are fully aligned to support the business. Cross functional teams would provide business requirements and other &#65533;Must do&#65533; to ensure that the business and the customer requirements are always met.
