BHEL is on the lookout for Engineering Supervisors and Guest House Supervisor to be engaged on Fixed Tenure Basis for a maximum period of two years for Electronics Division at Bangalore or anywhere in India at their Project Sites.

Remuneration:
The selected candidates will be paid an all inclusive monthly consolidated remuneration of Rs. 9800/- in the first year and Rs. 10500/- in the second year. Selected candidates will also be eligible for reimbursement of premium for Mediclaim policy upto Rs. 2 Lakhs for self and family.
Qualification:
Engineering Supervisors –position code FTA-01- FTA-08 : Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline from an institute recognized by AICTE.
Guest House Supervisor- position code FTA-09: Full time Diploma in Hotel Management/Catering Technology or equivalent courses from any recognized Institute /University.

What courses or training centres can be useful to students of 2nd year Electronics and communication engineering. Any advice?
What learning style is better. All the time there is work. To present papers in technical symposiums, should one know everything thoroughly.
