Job Description :

• Heads down data entry from the source document
• For cases generated by the PSCC at Wipro, perform a duplicate search, book the case into the Client’s corporate safety database, e.g. Argus, and attach the AEM form to the case and then complete the data entry
• Log reports into Wipro’s appropriate tracking system
• Code event terms and identify invalid cases. Any event for which there is not a direct hit will be sent to the HCP for coding
• Create a follow up letter for invalid cases if required

Desired :

• Willingness to work 24/7
• Good typing skills with accuracy levels of 97% and above
• Working knowledge of Computers
